Essay

The thesis is devoted to developing automated methods of analysis and design, as well as the development of practical recommendations to improve the technology and metal forming equipment used in continuous casting machines, radial or curved type. In this paper, based on the numerical interpretation of the finite difference method and the finite element method developed mathematical models of the stress-strain state of metal during the process of implementing a "soft" compression, the process of editing and cutting to length of continuously billets. In the developed mathematical models to quantify and have refined the analytical description of the initial conditions and boundary conditions on the thickness crystallized crusts, as well as temperature distribution, flow stress and modulus of elasticity of the metal width and thickness of the cross-sectional data blanks. Based on the results obtained by numerical implementation of mathematical models and corresponding software for specified initial data for the design of technologies and equipment processes of "soft" compression, bending and transverse changes of continuously cutting billets. Formulated and solved the problem by automating the calculation of the required value of the overlap of the reference of the working roller-drawing the right devices. The variants of embodiment of the mechanical equipment of continuous casting billet radial or curvilinear.
