This dissertation work has solved the urgent scientific and technical problem of complex of methods of automatic calculation and designing creating. As a result it makes it possible to determine technical and technological solutions which enable to produce on the reconstructed and the newly built light section rolling high quality strip billets of wide assortment efficiently. It has been given there some analytical descriptions of energy and strength parameters of hot rolling process concerning strip billets characterized by minimum labour-consuming character and maximum sums of automatic designing. On the basis of figurative determinative mathematic models elaborated and using uniformly loading of equipment of finishing mills due to their strength and power, they have formulated and done problems of automatization of cogging processing regimes during the hot rolling processing of strip billets. It has been suggested and explored some technological solutions aimed to improve finishing mills equipment. It includes rolls diameters' efficient figures choice, as well as desired figures of finishing mills rigidity and mechanisms of purposeful changing.
