Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the important environmental problem - the extraction of uranium ions (VI) and heavy metals from aqueous media by using modified montmorillonite PEI (Mn-t-PEI) with a branched and linear structure and different molecular weight and layered double hydroxide Zn/Al, intercalated EDTA (ZnAl-EDTA). For the first time established, that the ZnAl-EDTA is highly effective sorbent to remove anionic carbonato complexes of uranium (VI). Shown the possibility of the application of Mn-t-PEI for ejecting the HM from water solutions with сonsiderable ionic force at slightly acidic and neutral values of pH.
