The thesis contains a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of the mutual influence of private and public law in a deepening legal convergence in Continental Europe. The nature and criteria of division of law into private and public, systematization of factors that lead to their mutual penetration, discovering the main directions of convergence of private and public law are formulated in the paper. Particular attention is paid to the deepening interdependence between legal act and contract, their convergence, uprising of mixed sources.
