Essay

The thesis deals with problems related to the improvement of existing legislation by introducing legal monitoring as an institution of the analytical study and evaluation of regulations and practices for their implementation. The paper considers in detail the legal monitoring, its subject-object structure, system, source methodology stage. Study the functioning of this institution in foreign countries, based on what the model of organization of monitoring activities in Ukraine. The present state of monitoring the effectiveness of legislation, the introduction of institutional changes to its organization regarding departmental rule-making, rule-making bodies of local self-government and the practice of law. The result of the research are set out proposals for overcoming the existing shortcomings of the legislation through a comprehensive and systematic monitoring activities.
