Stasіuk T. Minimally invasive complex treatment of patients with ureteral stones, not complicated by acute pyelonephritis.

The thesis solves the current scientific applied problems of Urology - to improve the treatment of patients with ureteral stones, not complicated with acute pyelonephritis, by using reasoned pathogenetic therapy before and after ureterolitotripsy in the cases of short-term ureteral occlusion by the stone and to develop the minimally invasive surgical complex treatment of patients with long-term ureteral occlusion by the stone, complicated with ureteral stricture and ureterohydronephrosis of stages I-II.The suggested conservative therapy in patients with uncomplicated ureteral stones before and after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy allowed to increase the effectiveness of the treatment and reduce complications after ESWL. The complex minimally invasive treatment of patients with ureteral stones, complicated by the development of stricture of the ureter and ureterohydronephrosis of stage I-II was improved.
