Bulik L. Prophylactics of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period complications in pregnant with diffuse non-toxic goiter.

The dissertation covers the most crucial issue of modern obstetrics - the reduction of obstetric and perinatal disorders in pregnant with diffuse non-toxic goiter by working out the complex of medical and preventive components, based on the results of evaluation of thyroid homeostasis, functional state of fetal-placental unit, immune and psychoemotional status. There were established the significant deteriorations of these indices, presumably: the disorders of feto-placental unit function, revealed by suppression of its hormonal function; the disorders of uterine-placental-fetal blood flow. There were stated the significant augmentation of personal and reactive dizziness; the increase of proinfammatory cytokines in pregnant with increased of antibodies to thyroid gland titer. It was clarified the impact of the non-corrected hypomicroelementose and decrease of mediane of ioduria on the development of pregnancy disorders and fetal state deterioration. The complex of medical and preventive components, targeted on the correction of the revealed hormonal disorders and improvement of the psychoemotional state, was suggested. The implementation of this complex allows to reduce the incidence of the maternal and fetal disorders in pregnant with diffuse non-toxic goiter.
