Smolina A. Features of changes of immunological reactivity for patients with ischemic heart disease depending on methods and results of treatment

The thesis is devoted the study of features of changes of immunological reactivity for the patients with IHD depending on the type of the provided treatment. Change of non-specific resistance and cellular immunity show up oppressing of functional, metabolic and bactericidal activity and decline of functional-metabolic reserve of neutrophils for patients after providing of surgical or medicinal treatment, on a background the stored functional-metabolic reserve of neutrophils for patients after providing of intervention treatment. For the patients of all investigational groups the status of T-cellular immunodeficiency holds out during all period of research. The high level of concentration of endotoxin was saved in all groups of patients, while titles of antibodies both to glycolipids and to the general antigen of enterobacteriy changed multidirectionally, that were evidence of the different degree of expressed endotoxic aggression. Following the research for the patients with IHD six variants of immunological reactivity are exposed, each of which depends on the provided treatment. The correlation between the types of violations of immunological reactivity exposed on the presurgical stage was shown and following, by the complicated or uncomplicated course of disease. The finding results allowed to substantiation of prognosis of disease after providing therapy.
