Object of research: speech means of the educational impact realization in the english parental discourse. A research objective: is to determine properties of the educational speech impact realization in partnership and dominant interaction in the english parental discourse by finding its structural, semantic and pragmatic characteristics. Research methods: The interpretatsionno-text and contextual analysis, discourse-analysis method, methods structural-semantic and pragmasemantic the analysis, a method of the systemic-functional analysis, receptions of linguistic supervision, classification and ordering of the data, quantitative inventories. Results, novelty: for the first time the notion of the educational speech impact was defined; three types of the educational speech impact – the informative, volitional and emotional – were distinguished and analysed; structural, semantic and pragmatic properties of the educational speech impact realization were determined in partnership and dominant interaction in the english parental discourse. Use sphere: obtained results is a contribution to discourse theory and the theory of communication.
