Thesis is concerned with the complex analysis of theoretical and practical legal problems of foreign trade disputes consideration by the commercial arbitration of Ukraine. In particular, thesis contains a research of concept and international legal regulation of the international commercial arbitration. Jurisdiction of foreign trade disputes and arbitral agreement as the procedural ground for submitting the dispute for consideration by the commercial arbitration are researched. The notion of arbitral agreement, its kinds and content.
