There are implemented of comprehensive political analysis of personality formation and realization of women's political leadership in gender transformation Ukrainian society in the late of 20th century and in the early of the 21st century in this dissertation. There are substantiation the role of women's political leadership in the processes of parity democracy, civil society based on the humanism. There are detail the theoretical and methodological understanding of the political and legal status and mechanism of women's political leadership with the need to tackle the crisis of the social and political development.
