Skora L. Criminal characteristic of legitimate economic activity countering

The dissertation deals with the studying of the questions of criminal characteristics of legitimate economic activity countering. Foreign countries experience of counteraction to such countering has been studied and summarized. Systematic criminal analysis of objective and subjective characteristics of crime, provided in the article 206 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, has been carried out. Defective features of the criminal principles of law prescribing responsibility for legitimate economic activity countering have been defined, and the appropriateness of its alternation has been grounded.
