Kryzhna V. Lawful principles of activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in 1972-1991

In the dissertation on the base of study the normative lawful sources, archival documents and materials based on the modern methodological approaches for the study of historical and lawful phenomena by a complex analysis of the lawful principles of the organization and activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in the period 70-80 years of the XX century. The complex processes of lawful service of organization and activity of the central staff of the MIA and its main structural parts, their tasks in the field of the protection of law and order and the fighting crime are studied. The features of the functioning of the ministry in the specific historical conditions, norm-setting activity, and management by the bodies of Internal Affairs are considered.
