Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the cosmetics correction of hyperkinetic wrinkles and involutional changes of skin of face on the basis of the combined application of laser dermabrasion and injection of Botulinum toxin A. The combined injection of Botulinum toxin A and Er:YAG-лазера improves the parameters of coloured of a skin cover of person, promoting the indexes of cleanness of color (Р) from 21% to 30% with the change of spectral closeness from yellow dark blue to the background (572 нм) to pink red parts of spectrum (605 нм), reduces the parameters of of mikroprofile in 3,0 time. This method is provided by proceeding in hydratation of epidermis, reduces the transpidermal loss of liquid in 1,4 times and normalizes the level of secretion of sebum in 40,7% patients. The use of minimum doses of Botulinum toxin A with the optimum parameters of Er:YAG- laser enables to get a proof (not less than 12 months) aesthetically beautiful effect in 89,6% patients.
