Essay

The research is based on results of treatment of 125 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. It was established, that in patients with infected pancreonecrosis and parapancreatic fat injuring homeostatic changes most expressed. It is educed, that severe of the state of patient submits to the rule of Gold Section. What more grave condition of patient, moreover his clinic-laboratory indexes deviate from the rule of Gold Section. It was shown, that Acute Sepsis Severity Evaluation Score is objective in timely estimation of degree of severity of the state of patient with an acute pancreatitis; the intoxication indicator is prognostic indicator in diagnosis of the infected pancreonecrosis and it is indicator of the state of patient in early postoperative period. The significantly prognostic markers of course of the severe acute pancreatitis were defined. On the base of research results, using the intoxication indicator and Acute Sepsis Severity Evaluation Score, mathematic model of individualized prognosis of infected pancreonecrosis and methods of prognosis of course of severe acute pancreatic peritonitis in postoperative period were created.
