The thesis studies surgical treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis complicated by acute purulent cholangitis, effectiveness of miniinvasive surgical methods and complex antibacterial therapy using phosphatydilcholyn . In the experimental part, the accumulation and distribution of Ceftriaxone and its liposomal form were studied , treatment of acute purulent cholangitis was peformed by injection of antibiotics using different routes. It was found that injection of antibiotics in the region of lymph collector of teres ligament of the liver , was more effective in restoring the liver function and clinical norms , than infusion in blood stream. The clinical part of the study was based on clinical investigation and treatment of patients with acute destructive cholecystitis . Patients were divided into 2 groups. The first group had standard therapy, the second group got ceftriaxone and phosphatydilcholyn injected in the teres ligament of the liver. This method of treatment has already been tested.This method of treatment, using liposomal antibiotics decreased the postsurgical hospital stay and postsurgical complications.
