Rybalka G. System of political and legal regulation of social partnership: structure and function in the contemporary democracy.

The object is social partnership as a component of social environment of the political system. The aim is to define the structural and functional parameters of the System of political and legal regulation of social partnership in the contemporary democracy. The methods are system and structural-functional, institutional, comparative, jurisprudential analysis. Proved that the model of contemporary social partnerships are formed on the base of the balance of interests of major political actors, defining the subject, conditions, procedures and performance of dialogue between unions, employers and the state depending on the priorities of socio-economic development and the imperatives of public consent. In view of the experience of foreign countries and Ukraine considered the structure, dynamics, substantive content of contemporary systems of political and legal regulation of social partnership. On the basis of interdisciplinary methodology explored the institutional framework and regulatory mechanisms of changes in social and labour relations as a factor of the socio-political stability. Application spheres are the increase the efficiency of co-operation of social partners, training courses.
