Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying the role of the receptor gene polymorphism of angiotensin II first type, levels of Natriuretic Peptides B- and C-types and changes in intracardiac and systemic hemodynamics in postmenopausal age's women with essential hypertension: uncomplicated and with chronic heart failure stage IIA, from Vinnytsia region, to improve diagnosis of genetic predisposition of postmenopausal age's women to hypertension and of their heart failure. Women - carriers allele C were determined more pronounced changes in hemodynamics and higher concentrations of B- and C-natriuretic peptide in plasma.
