In the work of the experimental study was carried out to determine the optimal composition of water-and-fuel emulsion (WFE) ensures its high stability in the target use; defines the modified Rebinder's method dependence of the values of the interfacial tension when heated; a combined generator of WFE on the counter streams, the tests of the generator at the on-site boiler; proposed the idea of the possibility of the existence of a modified surfaces after the evaporation of the droplets of water-gasoline emulsion, which explains why the speed of evaporation of drops of the emulsion more than 1.5 - 1.7 times than the speed of evaporation of drops of clean fuel; experimentally revealed the existence of pulsating regime of evaporation of drops of emulsion, created on the basis of high-carbon fuels with a temperature of sublimation of fuel components, higher than the boiling point of water; in the theoretical model proposed a mechanism for screening of water vapor heat, coming into the space between the dispersed environment and evaporating globule of water, which allowed to achieve harmonization of the period of pulsation determined in experiments with the estimates obtained by the computer simulation; an algorithm has been developed and created software allows to take into account in theoretical calculations of the effect of the surface of the dispersion; on the basis of the developed theoretical concepts and experimental data on the proposed criterion is calculated area of the pulsating regime of evaporation from the temperature drops of WFE; it has been experimentally found that when heated drops studied emulsions is observed stages of successive processes; the times of combustion particles, dispersion of the drops in her micro explosive destruction; experimentally detected the effect of cascade of the dispersion of the combustion of drops of the studied WFE.
