Andrushko I. Precautions category "interest" in constitutional law

The work by theoretical and legal analysis of the category "interest" in constitutional law by disclosing its concept, content and essential features highlights from the constitutional and legal position of the theoretical principles of the internal structure of the category "interest" is considered value for the category "interest" with related categories of constitutional right. Author investigates and determines the classification and systematization of interest in constitutional law, described the main types of interest in the constitutional law of Ukraine. The thesis also defines the concept of the mechanism of interest in constitutional law, reveals the mechanisms of interests of the constitutional rights of law-making and enforcement mechanisms are analyzed of interest in constitutional law.
