On the basis of analysis of projects of high-rise construction determinatives which influence on the technical and economical indexes of projects of construction of civil high-rise buildings in the conditions of dense city building are systematized in Kyiv, and found out conformities to the law of influence of organizational and technological factors on duration of civil high-rise construction. The method of substantiation of rational duration of civil high-rise construction in the conditions of dense city building, based on the account of organizational and technological aspects with application of found out conformities to the law, is developed.
