The dissertation focuses on the research of peculiarities and specific nature of disciplined practice in women's correctional establishment with minimum level of defense and general treatment conditions, determination of modern position and tendencies of illegal behavior of convicted women, measures of preventive influence of valid system of disciplined penalties according to them, who simply show the level of effectiveness of valid executive process of penalty which is the deprival of freedom according to the specific category of convicted.
