Object - patients by peritoneal adhesion (PA) of abdominal region, complicated sharp adhesion by intestinal impassability (AII) and recurrent AII, which in were the past operated on the organs of abdominal region, practically healthy persons; purpose – to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients from the recurrent PA peritoneum, by the complicated sharp intestinal impassability, by determination of diagnistical-prognostical criterion of excessive adhesion education and development of methods of the combined treatment with the use of synthetic barrier materials and preparations ?-lipoic acid and silimarinum; methods – clinical-laboratory, biochemical, statistical; results – first the features of changes are complex certain in the whey of blood of indexes of the oxyproline constrained by an albumen, glikosaminoglicanes, activity of elastase and index of N-acetylneyraminic acid, that characterize metabolism of connecting fabric; the comparative analysis of changes of indexes to activity of collagenmade is conducted for patients with sharp AII, which in the past carried surgical interferences on the organs of abdominal region and for the patients of PA by the c relapse of AII; a diagnisis-forecasting criterion which characterizes high activity of metabolism of connecting fabric in an abdominal region is first offered, namely is a high risk of relapse of AII; it is well-proven that for the prophylaxis of relapse of AII most effective is the combined application of local barrier materials with the nosotropic directed medicinal therapy; branch – medicine.
