Essay

Public policy in the field of book publishing in Ukraine. Justification of the state's role in the development of language culture and language influence factor on information relations and production of cultural products, to identify areas of improvement mechanisms of formation and realization of state policy in the field of book publishing in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, abstraction, systematic approach. A draft program of state support and the development of reading in Ukraine determined the expediency of the language factor as a major component of the mechanism of state support for business publishing. Results are entered into the practice of public administration.
