Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and methodological substantiation and introduction of the system of environmental insurance of risks in water management on the reclaimed lands. The thesis considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of the environmental insurance implementation, foreign experience of the environmental insurance of risks in water management on the reclaimed lands being studied. The conceptual and categorical mechanism in the system of ecological insurance of risks in water management on the reclaimed lands is analyzed and improved. The algorithm for identifying the environmental and economic risks in economic activity on the reclaimed lands is developed and theoretically justified .
