Antonets O. Adaptive cost management of small machine-building enterprise

The object of research is the process of cost management on small machine-building enterprise. The purpose of research is to develop theoretical foundations, mathodical recommendations and scientific-methodical proposals as for improving cost management process on a small machine-building enterprise. Methods of reaserch: logical generalization, observation, analysis and synthesis, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, methods of structural and finctional design of complex systems. Theoretical and practical results: directions of improvingcost management on small machine-building enterprise, conceptual framework of adaptive cost management on small machine-building enterprise, economic-mathematical model of forecasting short-run costs; methodical approaches to planning operational resource costs and volumes of material deliveries. New findings: new methodical approach to management of operational costs of procuring input resources based on minimization of risks of losses over range of possible output values is developed. It differs substantially from the common approach based on expected output volumes. practical implementations: results are implemented in management practice of enterprisesSPE Energetic, Inc., SPE Kontact-Ukraina, Inc., SPE Electrodinamika, Inc. They are also used in teaching courses in Financial Management, Logistics and Logistic Systems in NTU KhPI, and also during preperation of course and diploma projects.
