Essay

The dissertation examines the personal and socio-psychological factors that influence the emotional state during pregnancy in women of late reproductive age. According to empirical studies, the pregnant women of late reproductive age have more pronounced unconscious attitudes of romantic love, family, sexuality, partner, child, labor, and at the same time of building their own careers and professional fulfillment. This creates the conditions for intrapersonal conflict, which is expressed in depressive episodes, low rates of health and mood, somatization of depression, high risk for pregnancy complications.
