The complex analysis of the shipbuilding enterprise manufacturing processes negative technological effects on the natural environment and humans was made.The methodology for assessing the ecological safety of shipbuilding enterprise by evaluation the criterion of the negative effects complex assessment is improved and realized as a software complex. The concept of shipbuilding enterprise ecological management systems, based on a comprehensive approach to environmental management, was developed.
