Kryzska R. The mechanisms of government regulation of investment and innovative processes in Ukraine

The complex analysis of mechanisms of government regulation of investment and innovative processes in Ukraine is considered in the dissertation. Their essence and realization principles under market conditions have been exposed. The foreign experience in the view of providing effective state influence on investment and innovative activity has been analyzed. The features of state influence on investment and innovative sphere during the anti-crisis policy realization are defined. The necessity of improvement of financial and economic mechanisms for stimulation of investment and innovative activities in Ukraine is substantiated. Theoretical, methodological and applied recommendations in relation to the improvement of government regulation mechanisms of investment and innovative processes by the priority directions (budgetary and tax policy, formation of cluster model at regional level, development of venture entrepreneurship) are developed.
