Meleshko M. Mechanisms of state regulation of grain market of Ukraine

The thesis outlines materials about researching of state influence on providing and functioning of mechanisms of state regulation of Ukrainian grain market. Summarized theoretical, methodological and practical directions of state regulation of grain market, covers the world and domestic experience of state regulation of grain market in this area, the methodology and technique for determining the state intervention in prices for commodities of Agrarian fund, and results of systematic studies of domestic problems of grain market. The mechanisms of Ukrainian grain market state regulation and ways to improve it, the grain market condition and trends based on optimization decisions taken by government, increasing export potential and its stability, state export and price policies were analyzed. The main directions of pricing and the role of government in solving problems of grain market were justified. Using the sufficient analytical material the state agent activity on the grain market was evaluated, directions of its improvement, including export operations. The value of methods and effects from intervention operations and mortgage grain purchases as economic levers in the grain market were revealed, promotion market's stability and availability of grain prices for market process' partners. The work of agricultural stock market was analyzed. The proposals on improving the using methodological approaches, economic instruments for ensuring sustainable and balanced development of the grain market were given.
