Romat T. Mechanisms of public administration in the field of intellectual property protection in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to scientific and theoretical explanation of content of the mechanisms of public administration in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine and development of recommendations for improvement of these mechanisms on this basis. The paper substantiates the importance of the state function of the intellectual property protection, defines the content and types of mechanisms of public administration in the field of intellectual property. Particular attention is paid to legal, organizational structural and functional mechanisms of government in protecting intellectual property. The current state and possibilities for improvement of these mechanisms are determined. To overcome the problems of state management of intellectual property the concept of governances improving in the field of intellectual property protection is prompted with recommendations for its content. The algorithm of the efficiency of public administration of intellectual property protection is worked out for phased implementation of the proposed concept.
