Karayim O. Differentiated Approach to Diagnostics and Treatment of Endometrial Polip.

The objective of the research was to increase the effectiveness of endometrial polyp treatment against the background of the outcomes of studies of its clinico-laboratory, apparatus and morphological characteristics, and improvement of treating approach to the therapy of this pathology. Such factors as early menarche, a great number of surgical procedures in the uterus in women with extragenital pathology, disorders of vaginal ecosystem the basis of absolute and relative hyperestrogenia are of great importance in etiopathogentsis of endometrial polyp. Hormone production depends on morphological TSA production and E2 in patients with glandular and glandular-fibrosis polyps. Ultersound and doplerometric signs of fibrous and glandular endometrial polyp have been defined.
