Essay

In the boundaries of developed mathematical model calculated assessments of total times of drops stay in dust cloud have been collected and portion of drops, which did not achieve dust cloud, has been established. It enables to establish efficiency of suspended dust capture. On the basis of practical usage of mathematical models optimal geometrical and regime parameters of one-phase atomizing devices have been established. Developed nonstandard equipment for dust supperession permits to transport atomized drops of technological liquid into working zone of loading and unloading of coal with portal cranes.
