Bugaenko A. Accounting and analytical support of financial monitoring of banking transactions

In order to account the operations which match the characteristics of financial monitoring, the thesis developed a method of detection of financial transactions subject to financial monitoring according the synthetic records and statistical reporting of the bank; offered examples of detection of such transactions in e-sample; considered the process of operations support of the bank, subject to financial monitoring according to the accounting process stages: initial, current, and final; considered parameters of analytical accounting of such transactions. For analytical rating of transactions subject to financial monitoring, or are suspicious, suggested a scoring-model process that is based on clustering method; a method for analyzing the effectiveness of the system CML / FT in the bank is developed; algorithm and criterion value assessment of the effectiveness of the system's internal CML / FT is elaborated.
