Chernobrivets V. Increase of environmental safety of coal mines of Ukraine

A research object are processes of increase of safety of natural environment. A research aim is development of theoretical bases and methodical going near the ground of mechanisms and directions of increase of ecological safety of activity of coal mines of Ukraine. Research methods: theories of the systems and analysis of the systems, expert estimations, analysis of hierarchies, engineering, cross-correlation-regressive analysis, graphic and abstractly-logical analysis. The scientific novelty of work consists of ground of the methodical going near development of mechanisms of increase of ecological safety of activity of coal enterprises and practical positions on their realization with the purpose of providing of complex increase of safety in coal industry of Ukraine. Improved: methodical going near the ground of influence of volumes of the budgetary financing in coal industry of Ukraine on the level of accident rate of coal mines and damage from these accidents; organizationally-methodical going near the decline of ecological damage from the origin of emergencies on coal mines; methodical going near functioning of mine taking into account the ecologization of production. Got further development of direction of perfection of the Government programs on the increase of safety in coal industry of Ukraine; structure of factors influencing on safety of activity of mines.
