This thesis is devoted to the decision of one of the important theoretical and applied problems on the improvement of the accuracy increasing method for the operative spectrometry gamma-radiation control. This problem was solved with simultaneous expansion of measuring power range of gamma-radiation levels, which makes (0,01 - 10,0) MeV in a real time scale factor. It was suggested the application of probabilistic form for the information acquisition, that allows to decrease considerably the vehicle size of workable devices and to increase their radioimmunity due to integration property of interception of workable devices. The device was realized, namely - a height analyzer of wide-range gamma-spectrometer of enhanceable accuracy, which allows to measure a spectrum, dose and dose power of gamma-radiation in all power range from 0,01 MeV to 10,0 MeV with the set accuracy in a real time scale factor. The suggested device work was simulated. A software product is developed for the calculation of PDS correction coefficients in the chosen power range, that allows to extend the power range of measuring for existent measuring tools.
