Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the scientific and methodological theory of metrological assurance of measuring systems with digital signal processing based on industrial computers improvement. The methods that allow to optimize the different stages of the measuring control of the measurement systems and to improve its reliability are offered in the work. To achieve this objective, the components of instrumental error of MSDIC were systematized, mathematical models of instrumental error components of MSDIC were developed, methods of quantitative assessment of the error were substantiated, the model of exploitation of MSDIC and the principle of calibration interval determination, on the basis of which the method of calibration interval determination were developed, the principle and the method of choice of rational amount and distribution of check points in the range of measurements were substantiated, recommendations for choosing the working calibration standards in consideration of given reliability of control of the metrological performance. The main results have been used in research establishments during the development programs and methods of metrological certification and verification of measuring systems.
