The aim of this work was synthesis of new highly effective and low toxic compounds with potential diuretic, antimicrobial, antifungal, neurotropic, anti-inflammatory and hypolipidemic activity among derivatives of 4-benzylidenamino-1-R-4H-1,2,4-triazolium halogenides and 4-(furan-2-ylmethylenamino)-1-R-4H-1,2,4-triazolium halogenides, evaluation of their "chemical structure - biological activity" correlation, and also selection and recommendation of the most active compound for preclinical trial.
