Essay

The research object is low- temperature, hipotonic and detergent hemolysis of human erythrocytes. The research aim is to investigate an influence of modifiers, amphiphilic substances, blood plasma proteins on erythrocete sensitivity to chages of osmotic and temperature conditions of the medium. Research methods: spectrophotometry, gel-penetrative chromatography. light microscopy. osmometry, pH-metry. For the first time it was istablished that only albumin fraction of blood plasma proteins can change shape of human erythrocytes and protect them from damage in low-temperature stress. It was shown that CPZ decreases level of low-temperature stress and hypotonic hemolysis in modification of cytoskeleton-membrane complex of erythrocytes by using IAA, PCMB, DIDS, IAA/PCMB, N-EM treatment. For the first time there was found out that CPZ shows anti-hemolytic action on erythrocytes in conditions of detergent hemolysis, resulted from action of ionic (CTAB, SDS) and non-ionic (Tvin-20) detergents. It was found out that modification of band-3-protein greatly increases erythrocyte sensitivity as to treatment by CTAB, SDS, Tvin-20 detergents and does not act on lyses in Trytone X-100 treatment.
