Essay

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the rights and duties of the deviser and the heir in inheriting according to the law. It contained the results of studies that solve a range of issues relating to improving the legal regulation of hereditary relationships and hereditary succession. In this paper analyzed the basic concepts and principles of inheritance law, explains the features of inheritance according to the law. Detailed analysis the order of the inheritance according to the law and the possibility of change. Refined the content of the rights of the deviser in inheriting according to the law.
