Merkulova T. Hygienic monitoring of health formation for schoolchildren in rural areas

The subject of the thesis is hygienic substantiation for prevention of disease, maintenance and promotion of health in schoolchildren of primary and secondary school age living in rural areas, based on the complex analysis of the statutory, regulatory and normative-technical specifications, personnel and organizational support and administrative concurrence of the educational establishment. The work describes gender peculiarities in the dynamics of rural schoolchildren's health conditions during the whole period of their primary and secondary education. It proves the significance of the family factor, school environment and the child's behavior for the spreading of diseases as well as their role in forming and promoting health. The respondent has worked out the subject-oriented model for studying the risk factors and determined the algorithm for active monitoring of rural schoolchildren's health promotion. A technology of optimization of the medical and prevention care system for rural schoolchildren has been suggested.
