The purpose of researches is an improvement of method of planning of circular upshots of highways at one level taking into account the manoeuvres of motion, different composition of a transport stream, middle rate of movement at passage of this type of upshots, and also determination of границь them effective application. A research object is the circular upshot of highways at one level. The article of research is the method of planning of circular upshot of highways at one level. By the scientific novelty of the got results functional dependences are developed "radius of central ait - speed" and "interval - speed", on the basis of which it is possible to set the practical carrying capacity of bars of motion on the circular upshots of highways at one level.
