Nizalova T. Tactics of carrying out of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients with hyperprolactinemia in the anamnesis.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of restoration of reproductive function at women with functional hyperprolactinemia on the basis of studying at them clinical-functional, endocrinological and endoscopical features, and also working out and introduction of a complex of medical-diagnostic actions with use of auxiliary reproductive technologies. The role functional hyperprolactinemia in development of barreness in women is shown. Features of gynecologic disease and a condition of mammary glands depending on expressiveness degree hyperprolactinemia are presented. The interrelation between expressiveness degree hyperprolactinemia infringement of a functional condition hypotalamical-hypofical-ovarial systems and androgenal status is established. It has allowed to expand the data about patogenesise of female barreness and scientifically to prove necessity of use of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients with functional hyperprolactinemia. The stage-by-stage approach to treatment of barreness at patients with functional hyperprolactinemia with use modern endoscopical technologies, correction dyshormonal infringements is developed and at an inefficiency of conservative and operative treatment - use of auxiliary reproductive technologies.
