Pohribna N. The Right to Strike as a Form of the Labour Rights Protection

The thesis is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the right to strike and lockout under conditions of transition period. As necessary was determined the usage of a universal notion defining the differences between an employee and an employer which were not settled by the means of direct negotiations concerning labour conditions that were not provided for by legislative and other acts; applying norms of labour legislation.There were determined the forms of protection the labour rights of employees and defined the place of the right to strike among them. The characteristic was given to the right to strike as a form of protection collective labour rights, analyses of foundations for restriction the right to strike, defining the ways of improving exercising the right to strike as a form of the labour rights protection.
