Essay

The thesis is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of liability for breach or non-execution of terms of contracts in the labour law under conditions of expanding of the sphere of contractual regulation of labour. The peculiarity of liability in labour law was defined as necessity to provide abidance and execution of labour legislation and contractual legal prescription (labour, collective contracts and agreements) with norms of not only labour law, but also other branches of law (criminal, administrative liability).
