Litvin L. Рroviding оf the gender equality as а factor of democratization of political institutes of Ukraine.

On presents the complex analysis of role of gender equality is carried out in the processes of democratization of Ukrainian society. The specified determinations of concepts of gender and gender equality are in a policy and also the analysed evolution of looks of scientists on the role of woman in a social and political sphere. Certain features of political-law regulation of gender relations and described gender structure of basic political institutes are in Ukraine. The analysis of successful realization of gender parity is conducted in such countries as Sweden and Finland. The authorial to the typology of gender equality, models of gender equality, gender asymmetry are given. The factors of gender asymmetry are specified, the small index of providing of gender parity is offered. Analysed features of activity of woman organizations as determinant of achievement of gender balance. On soil of foreign experience the sinergistical system of practical mechanisms of achievement of gender parity is worked out in political institutes.
