The thesis is dedicated to actual problem - an improvement result surgical treatment sick with PVH with raised by risk of the development heartily-vessels and bronchi-pulmonary complications by development and introduction in practical person scientifically motivated differentiated approach to choice of the way to operations and preventive maintenances of these complications. Work includes experimental and clinical sections of the study. The experimental section of the work was executed for the reason studies of the morphological changes to tissues light and myocardium beside 27 mature rabbits of the sort chinchillas (the average mass 1115±50,6 g) with PVH. The clinical section work included the analysis of the examination and complex surgical treatment 130 sick with PVH. The results of the surgical treatment of the main group with PVH extensive and gigantic sizes have shown that pneumonia existed beside 2 (3,4 %) sick, quipping heartily-pulmonary insufficiency beside 1 (1,7 %), embolism branches to pulmonary artery beside 1 (1,7 %). Amongst sick groups of the comparison with PVH extensive and gigantic sizes pneumonia existed beside 6 (10,2 %) sick, quipping heartily-pulmonary insufficiency beside 3 (5,1 %), embolism branches to pulmonary artery beside 2 (3,4 %), abdominal compartment syndrome beside 1 (1,7 %). As can be seen from got result, the frequency to pneumonia beside sick main group fell in 3 times, sharp heartily-pulmonary insufficiency in 3 times, tromboambolism branches to pulmonary artery in 2 times. Abdominal compartment syndrome and lethality amongst sick main group did not exist.
