Essay

The object of study - latent forms of syphilis. The purpose of the study - to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of syphilis with the use of new complex etiopathogenetic treatment of patients with latent forms of syphilis based on the study of vascular endothelial function and indices of blood coagulation. Methods: epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, spectrophotometric, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to studying pathogenesis, clinically-epidemiological and serological features of latent syphilis and to research of their dynamics at use complex treatment methods. It was defined epidemiological regularities of syphilis morbidity, which are common and distinctive for Ukraine and for Lviv area. There are revealed new modern clinically-epidemiological features of early and late latent syphilis. For the first time identify derangements of vessels endotelium function and microhaemocirculatory stream at this patients, features of haemostasis status. Complex treatment methods and treatment-and-prophylactic activities in consideration with pharmacological correction of early signs of vascular system infringements and maximum protection of target organs are developed for patients with latent forms. Results have been implemented in the learning process of the department of polyclinic case, family medicine and dermatology, venereology of Lviv National Medical University named after D. Galicky of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, in the practice of the clinic SE "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of AMS of Ukraine", Lviv, Poltava, Zaporizhzhya regional skin and venereal dispensaries, Donetsk and Mariupol city skin and venereal dispensaries.
