Essay

The thesis solved one of the actual problems of occupational medicine to improve the diagnosis and prophylaxis of vibration disease and hands vegeto-sensory polyneuropathy in coal miners. In the study the use of decreasing impulses speed rate along nerve fibers as a criterion for early detection of vibration injuries has been proposed. The effectiveness of using lipoic acid drugs (TНIOGAMMA) in combination with traditional drugs for pharmacological prophylaxis of VS and hands VSP in miners has been proved.
