Fradynska A. Psychological peculiarities of professional expectations of future social workers

Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of professional expectations of future social workers connected with the profession chosen by them. The definition, structure and psychological peculiarities of professional expectations of future social workers and socio-psychological agents of influence on the adequacy of the content of expectations connected with their future work are determined in the research on the basis of analysis of scientific views on the problem. The degree of influence of main socio-psychological agents on the adequacy of professional expectations of future social workers was researched experimentally. The results gave a possibility to determine the existence of destructive aspects of disfiguration of general content of expectations.
